Andrea joined the Foundation in 2005. Andrea is responsible for growing the endowed and unrestricted assets of the Foundation, increasing its visibility and expanding geographically, as appropriate. She supervises five staff who help direct the goals of the Foundation. She has the pleasure of working with 24 volunteer trustees who guide the direction of the Foundation.
Andrea previously worked at the Community Foundation of Greater Memphis for ten years, holding a variety of positions including Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the then $250 million Foundation. Previous to her work in the community foundation field, Reynolds was a senior associate in allocations for United Way of the Mid-South helping to allocate $5 million annually.
Reynolds received her Masters of Science in Social Work administration and planning from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville, Memphis Branch. Her undergraduate work was completed at Hartwick College, where she majored in business management and minored in music and sociology, with a concentration in psychology. Cynthia joined the Foundation in 2007. As the director Cynthia is responsible for growing the Foundation’s endowed assets, raising unrestricted funds and developing grant programs to benefit Ulster County charitable causes.
Prior to joining the Community Foundation Cynthia provided consulting services to the Council of Community Services of NYS, Inc., a non-profit organization providing accounting and consulting services to member organizations. Prior to working in the non-profit arena, Cynthia, a Certified Public Accountant, was a principal in an accounting firm for ten years and a bank vice president for fifteen years. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Cynthia’s involvement in the non-profit sector has included board membership and officer positions in non-profits in Ulster and Orange Counties. These include the Children’s Home of Kingston, Orange County United Way and Shadowland Theatre.
Currently, Cynthia is a member of the Kingston Sunrise Rotary Club, the treasurer of the Friends of Historic Kingston, the Chair of the Orange Regional Medical Center Foundation and the Chair of the Finance Committee of Health Alliance Planning, Inc. Nevill joined the Foundation in 2003. Nevill is responsible for monitoring and assessing current program areas and individual grant and scholarship funds, as well as ongoing research and development of new program directions.
Nevill serves as Board Chair of the Dutchess County Regional Chamber of Commerce Foundation, Treasurer for the Planned Giving Council of the Mid-Hudson Valley and is on the Board of Dutchess Day School.
Nevill was Director of Development at Poughkeepsie Day School locally and at Whitby School in Greenwich, CT. Prior to that, he spent twelve years in advertising management and print production in New York and Boston at Grey Advertising, J. Walter Thompson, Heller Breene Design and Advertising, and Laserscan, Inc. He graduated from Williams College and holds an MBA from Concordia University in Montreal, Quebec. David joined the Foundation in 2006. David is responsible for increasing the level of endowed assets of the Foundation by developing and maintaining good relations with current and potential donors.
David also works with staff on communications activities of the Foundation, including publications, press relations, newsletters and annual report to promote the organization and increase public awareness of the services, goals and activities of the Foundation.
After 15 years of retail banking experience, David changed careers to work for local not-for-profits where he has been a fundraiser on annual fund raising campaigns, major events, golf tournaments, auctions and book signings.
He has been a volunteer for the Dutchess County Arts Council and United Way of Dutchess County and has served on local boards including Cunneen-Hackett Arts Center, Potential Unlimited, County Players, and is a co-founder and producer for Theatre Arts Group (T.A.G. Team) a community theatre company in Poughkeepsie.
David is a graduate of LeMoyne College in Syracuse, NY, with a BA in English.

Lisette joined the Foundation in 2007. Lisette is responsible for all accounting, financial and operational reporting, investments, fund and fund holder reporting, technology and management information systems, and select personnel and administrative functions.
Lisette is a former educator of almost 20 years having taught math and science. Lisette studied accounting at both Ulster County Community College and SUNY New Paltz, and worked for the business office at Poughkeepsie Day School.
Lisette holds a Bachelors Degree in Physics, a Bachelors Degree in Accounting, and a Masters Degree in Education. Currently, she is taking courses to become a certified financial planner.

Erin joined the Foundation in 2004. Erin is responsible for coordinating the production of all communications vehicles for the Foundation. This includes press releases, project management of the Foundation’s newsletters and annual report, maintaining the Foundation’s Web site and marketing materials. Erin assists the Vice President, Programs with the processing all grant and scholarships applications, coordinating the Partnership in Education grants program and the Community Wish List. In addition, Erin supports the administrative work of the Foundation including database management, project management and the Garden Party.
Erin previously worked as Operations Manager for a non-profit, philosophical think-tank. She was primarily responsible for direct-mail campaigns, event planning, project management, and donor database management. While in college, Erin interned at the Eleanor Roosevelt Center at Val-Kill where she assisted with the development and organization of a teacher-training workshop for High School and Middle School teachers to instruct on the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
Erin holds a BA in History from Marist College and a minor in Public History.
