Community Foundations of the Hudson Valley Board of Trustees

The members of the Community Foundation Board of Trustees are leading citizens chosen for their wisdom and experience. The Board invests and administers the funds of the Foundation with the assistance of an Investment Committee representing the fields of business, finance and investments. Discretionary grants are recommended to the Board by the Community Response Grants Committee, composed of members chosen for their expertise in matching resources with new challenges and opportunities. Marketing, donor services and public/professional relations issues are guided by the Development and Marketing Committee.
